Deed of 1826:
On November 29, 1826, recorded March 15, 1827 upon oath of George Gaddy, Sr., George Gaddy, Sr.of Green County, Kentucky conveyed all of his real and personal property including lands, slaves (including a slave named Hannah, her child and their increase) and money, to his son George Gaddy, Jr. with one half of said property to be held in trust by the grantee for the use and benefit of the the grantor's son Jeptha Gaddy (described as prone to fits and unsoundness of mind) for his natural life with a remainder to George Gaddy, Jr.[1]
