Notes
Known as the Sims House, it was built in 1850, Coweta County Georgia. G. R. Sims was one of the largest antebellum land owners in the county. 1850 Agricultural Census, Sims owned over1,000 acres of land. Mail crops was cotton and Indian corn. After his death his sons helped manage the plantation until 1909 which was then sold.
