Hugh Wardlaw lived in Abbeville County, South Carolina. He died in 1802. Hugh wrote his will 9 Nov 1802.[1] In his will he names a number of enslaved persons as follows:

  • Doll, and her 5 children, given to wife Polly
  • Pinck and Phoebe and family are to be sold
