Item 1st: I give and bequeath unto Demaris M. A. Sanders and the heirs of her body the Tract of land on which Henry Sanders lives containing about 146½ acres worth $900.00. Also a negro girl & her two children and their increase, the girl is named Malinda worth $400.00 also an amount for outfit for housekeeping home and saddle to the amount of $200.00. Making $1500.00 in all.

Item 3rd: I give and bequeath unto Ferdinand Jacob Heistan his amount of $288.76, being a ballance [sic] a negro girl named Mima & her increase provided she gets well worth at this time $400 and $261.24 in cash, or good cash notes making in all $1000. If the girl should not get well then in that case he will have her worth in other property.
