This page's purpose is to record the people enslaved by Kingsley Beatty Gibbs on Fort George Island, Duval County, Florida, and attempt to connect them to their families.

In 1839, Kingsley's uncle Zephaniah Kingsley Jr sold him the Kingsley Plantation, Duval County, Florida on Fort George Island, Duval County, Florida, which included 40 enslaved people.[1]

In the 1840 census, Kingsley was living in Duval County. His household was comprised of himself, a free woman of color aged between 24 and 35, and six free children of color under the age of 10. He was enslaving 48 people.[2]

In the 1850 census, Kingsley was living in St Johns Bar, Duval County, and enslaving 54 people.[3]
