This page's purpose is to record the enslaved people owned by Mary E. (Featherston) Turner, and attempt to connect them to their families. Mary inherited by name the first five slaves. I believe the rest were probably held in trust for the young daughter Mattie. Emancipation happened before the estate was settled.
