• Thiny (Theney) Elizabeth Gates Child - Item 3: "Negro girl Louisa Gates and her young."
• Katherine Lusan Child- Item 4:"Equal amount of money that is from the value of Negro girl Louisa."
• Benjamin K. Gates Brother (Executor )
• L.h. Ligner Friend (Executor )
• Lidney (Sidney) Riuton Child -"Negro boy named Solomon, also my watch and pocket knife."
