- A total of 64 slaves are disposed of in his will dated June 14, 1844
- It appears that Tully received a number of slaves through his first wife, Catherine Gaines. No details of the orgination have been found, but it appears they were to remain in trust with Tully and to be given to Catherine's issue. Their one son, Thaddeus, received the following:
- To Thaddeus Bolling In deed of gift prior to the will, confirmed in the will of Tully Bolling
- To Thaddeus Bolling deeded at the time of the will being written
- The following slaves were obtained through marriage to Tully's second wife, Mary Ann
