- To Judith C. Bayne --daughter-in-law - to have Negroes "Daniel" and "Mary" during her widowhood and at her death or remarriage to be divided among her four children, Eleanor A., Martha E., Gracy B and William B. Bayne
- To Walter D. Bayne --grandson -to have Negro "Davy"
- ToColmore Baynes --grandson -to have Negro man "Isaac"
- To Elizabeth Dawson --daughter -to have Negro men "George" and "Ellis"
- To Martha H. Price --daughter -to have Negro man "Ben" and Negro woman "Milly"
- To Katherine Gassaway --granddaughter -to have Negro girl "Harriet" Negro woman "Delsy" and her child
- To Eleanor Ann Bayne --granddaughter -to have Negro woman "Sophy"
- To Martha E. Bayne --granddaughter -to have 2 Negro girls "Eliza" and "Betsy Ann"
- William B. Bayne --grandson -to have Negro girl "Milly" and Negro man "Henson"
- Grace B. Bayne --granddaughter -to have Negro girl "Harriet" and Negro boy "Henry"
- To Capt. Samuel Dawson --grandson -to have Negro man "Johnson"
Manumission:"Harry" --Negro man -to be free and executor to take care of him when he is no longer able to procure a livelihood, and to be discharged from slavery at the Christmas following the testator's death and to have a suit of clothes.
