In 1850 he held 44 enslaved people.[4]
On Décember 21, 1858 A. J. Glover, William Glover, and Florence L. Glover, joint owners of fifty slaves that they inherited from William Glover (father) petitioned to divide the slaves into three equal shares.[5] There were 50 enslaved people.
