Slaves of WIlliam Boylan in multiple plantations or farms in Wake (Wakefield, Crabtree-no association with Crabtree Jones plantation), Chatham, and Johnston Counties, North Carolina and Yazzo County, Mississippi. Some slaves in Fayette County, Tennessee on land owned by grandsons belonged to William. [1]

On June 10, 1817, William Baylon purchased a negro woman and her five children from W H Fowler in Wake County.[2]
