I was going to add McIntosh-4708 which died from a a Silver mine explosion, 1889. the newspaper item that talks about the 3 men is on his profile. I will wait to hear from you to proceed here is the wikipedia... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smuggler_Mine#1880%E2%80%931886:_Early_years

Colorado is known for being a "silver state" and here is one, that brought in the biggest.
