To the OT Team Leader
Please create a new FSP for the Trailer and then copy and paste the information from the Welcome to the Orphan Trail heading below, into the text area.

Use the following format to name the FSP ‘Trail_Landman-257’

The privacy level should be set to Unlisted. The 3 OT1/OT2 Team Leaders should be set to Profile Managers. The Trailer should be added to the trusted list.

Click on the Trail Notes Template Image 1 and add the new trail log to the image list.

When you know who the Trailblazer is also add them to the trusted list. Send the link to the appropriate Trailblazer, who will pass it to the Trailer. Also add the ✔️ to the trail log cell in the OT Spreadsheet.

Reminder: Make sure you remove this section from the newly created Trail Log.
