• Some stickers have no options for customization
• Some allow for custom text
• Some allow for custom image
• Some allow for custom image and custom text

The Format is generally as follows:
double brace {{ followed by sticker name
a pipe symbol delimiter |
image= followed by image file name
a pipe symbol delimiter | followed by custom text
ending in double closing braces }}
Example:

{{Occupation | image=Wikimedia_Commons_photos-1.png | text=was a blacksmith.}}

results in: ... was a blacksmith.
