Kelsey, Robert, is twenty five years old and a native of Cumberland County, New Jersey. He obtained a Protection at the Custom House in the month of December 1796. Since that time he had the misfortune of being taken by a French Privateer and lost his said Protection and his cloaths. 19 Apr 1798, Philadelphia. Signed his name. (image 828) [1]
