Inventory of the personal Estate of the late
Mr. Donald Clark Schoolmaster of the Parish of Petty

At Inverness the fourteenth
day of January in the year
one thousand eight hundred
and fifty four. In presence of George Young Esquire Advocaat
Commissary of the Commissariat of Inverness. Caursearse

To be recorded in the Commissary Court Books of the said Commissariot
In terms of law which the said judge authorised to be done accordingly whereof
the tenes fallures right Inventory of the Personal Estate of Donald Clark
Schoolmaster of the Parish of Petty, who died on the fifteenth day of
September Eighteen hundred and fifty three years with interest due on
Principal sums at that date. _

four years. In presence of William Hanson Calenhaun Esquire, Advocaat,
Commissary Defacto of the Commissariot of Inverness. Canifreaned Mrs
Jean Campbell or Clark relict of the deceased Donald Clark Schoolmaster
of the Parish of Petty, Executor Patne gna relict of the said deceased
Pauan Clark Confirm to Pierce Patsie of the said commissary Defacto
in her favor dated the twenty ninth day of December last, who laing solemnly
Sworn and Examined Defraues that the said Donald Clark died upon the
Fifteenth day of September, Eighteen hundred and fifty three, and

The Deponent has entered upon the possession and management of the
Deceased personal Estate as Executrix foresaid; that the foregoing Inventory
which is signed by the Commissary Defacto as relative hereto as the Deponent
camel neite is a face and true Inventory of all the personal or moveable
Estate and Effects of the said deceased Donald Clark wheresaerer sitnaled,
already recovered or known to be existing belonging or due to him beneficially
at the time of his death and that the value of the said Estate situated
in Scotland, is of the value of one hundred pounds and with the value
of One hundred pounds Sterling. All which is mish as the Deponent
shall answer to God _ and Depones that she cannot write. (signed, NlH
