I John Bendy of Trowbridge
Glazier in the County of Wilts do hereby
revoke and make void all and every Will or
Wills or Testaments by me at any time made
and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament as follows ( that is to say First
I give to my Brother James Bendy my Cloathes
Box with all my wearing apparel and the
my Six Silver Tee Spons Table Spoon and Gold Ring
Second my House at Stradbro^ok at Bratton in
the Parrish ^of Westbury which I Boat
of Thomas Pike Executor to the late Thomas Pike of
Bratton Deceas to be Sold to Pay all expences ^is Paid and
and wat Remains after all is Paid to be Equally
Divided in two Parts one Part for ^my Sister Sarah Bendy
and the other Part to be Equally Divided between
my Sisters Elizabeth Lathrop and Mary Bendy
Thirdly I give to my Onkle Able Firris my Watch
and I Apoint my Onkle Mark Pike in Trust
for the Payment of all Legacies and Funeral
Expences to Witness therefore I have Sett my
Hand and Seal this the Thirteenth Day of July
One Thousand Eight Hundred and Three

This Will was proved at Sarum
on the 3rd day of Jany 1804 Before the Revd Edwd
Moore Clk M. A. lawful Surrogate of the reverend and
Worshipful William Douglas Clerk M. A. Vicar General and
Official Principal of the Right Reverend Father in God John by Divine
Permission Lord Bishop of Sarum lawfully constituted And by him Administration
of all and singular the Goods and Chattels of the said deceased and any
ways concerning his Will was committed unto Mark Pike sole Executor thereof
being first duly Sworn of the Truth of the said Will and faithfully to perform
the same and to pay the deceaseds Debts and Legacies as far forth as his
Goods and Chattels will thereto extend and the law bind him and to exhibit
a true and perfect Inventory of the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased
and yield a just and true Accompt when lawfully required) saving the Rights
of all Persons
