Potters Bar, died Possessed of

And by his Will dated 17 September 1798 appointed his Wife
Sole Executrix, Probate granted at Doctors Commons 8 February
1814 to Susannah Brickett otherwise Brickitt Widow
and relict of the Deceased therein also described William Brickett
otherwise Brickitt otherwise Sibley of Potters Bar in the Parish of
South Mims in the County of Middlesex and in the Will described
of Potters Bar aforesaid Labourer and in which are the following
Words.
Whereas on the twenty second Day of May One thousand Seven
hundred and ninety two I purchased the Sum of one Hundred
and Ten pounds three PerCent Bank Annuities Reduced in the
Name of William Brickitt (that being the Name whereby
I am usually called) and accepted the same and have
given Receipts for the Dividends thereon in that Name
and in that Name I have intermarried with my Wife
and she is called by the Name of Susannah Brickitt now I
hereby give to my said Wife the Sum of Fifty five pounds being
one Moiety of the said One Hundred and Ten Pounds Bank Reduced
Annuities for her own absolute use And I give to her the
other Moiety of such Annuities in Trust to Receive the
Dividends thereof as they shall become payable and apply
the same in equal shares towards the the support of such
Children as I shall have by her living at my Death until
they shall respectively attain the age of Twenty One Years
and then to Transfer equal Shares of the Capital thereof
to them Respectively Provided always that if any of them
die under that age I give his her or their Share or Shares
in such Dividends and Capital in like manner to the
Survivor or Survivors of them and if all of them die under
that Age I give the said Trust Annuities to my said
Wife
