This is the last Will and Testament of me William
Jacques of Mountsorrel in the County of Leicester Baker I
devise all my estate and interest in the Messuage and hereditaments
situate at Mountsorrel aforesaid now in my own occupation which
were devised to me for life by the Will of William Wale deceased

with certain remainders over the ultimate reversion in fee whereof
being now vested in me And all other my real estate Unto and to
the use of my said Wife in fee simple And I bequeath all my
personal estate unto my said Wife absolutely she paying thereout all
my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts And I revoke all
other Wills by me at anytime heretofore made and declare this the only
to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said
William Jacques the Testator have hereunto set my hand this twentieth
day of January One thousand eight hundred and ninety three.

presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as Witnesses.

Jacques Widow, the Relict, the sole Executrix

County of Leicester Baker and died on the fourteenth day of
November 1893 at Mountsorrel aforesaid.
