About Time Team

Time Team was an archaeology series on television in which each week the team would investigate/excavate a different historical site - in three days. The series ran for twenty years and sparked a huge interest in archaeology. The programme itself has been exported to 35 countries.

Now crowdfunded, the series has been rebooted due to popular demand (eight years after the original series ended). Two new episodes were filmed in 2021 (and shown in 2022). Plans are underway for future episodes.
