In the name of God Amen. I John Bullock in the State of South Carolina and County of Edgefield being on perfect health and Sound mind and memory and Calling to mind the uncertainty of this Transitory life and knowing that it is appointed to all men once to die do make and Constitute this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following and first of all I give my soul to that God that gave it and my body to be decently buryed at the descretion of my Executori heareafter to be mentioned ---
Item I lend to my loving Wife Mary Bullock, during her natural life or widowhood, the use of the plantation, whereon I dwell the same to include all the land from Goodes line where it crosses my Spring Branch thence up the Branch to the fork thence between the two Sprins to the middle fence thence with the fence a Straight line to Williams line where my rode goes to his Still house thence with Urlleame line and my own line to Goodes line thence with Goodes line to the begining and nine negroes (Viz) Terey, Will, Lewis, Roger, Sugar, Chancy, Silvey, Lucy and Toney, and three work beasts (viz) Peter, Sal Sparke with all the Stock of Callie hogs and Sheep and all my household and kitchen Furniture and Plantation tools and Utensils that shall not heareafter be bequethed ---
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Dan Bullock five shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Dan Bullocks Children that he and his wife Jane Bullock may have together a tract of land where he now live all or being to a plot made by William Prichard Containing three hundred and Seventy Acres be the same more or less and Seven negroes (viz) Moot, Vilot, Hanner, Lewis, Ambrose, Bob and Israel, to be equally divided among them all Share and Share alike.
Item I give and bequeath to my Son Richard Bullock his heirs and assigns of ever a tract of land where on he now dwells according to a Plot made by William Prichard Containing three hundred and Seventy Acres be the same more or less and one negro man named Caye and after the death of his mother or Second Marage three negroes (viz) Chancy, Roger and Sugar only he to pay my Daughter Amey Coleman or her heirs what Roger may be valued to ---
Item I give and bequeath to my Son James Bullock a tract of land where on he now lives according to a Plot made by William Prichard Containing two hundred and Seventy one Acres be the same more or less and three negroes viz Cloey, Peter and Toney and thirty five pounds Cash and what money he owes me
Item I give and bequeath to my Son William Bullock his heirs and Asigns for ever a Tract of land Called Duckeys Old Place, with all the land that is between the line of the Sarce Tract and Goodes line as far as Goodes Spanish Oak Corner and from thence to Heelore Dickeys Pine Corner and Six Negroes (viz) Candis, Melley, Dina, Serus, Luke and Moses and at the death of his mother or Second Marage, one negro named Lewis.

Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Amey Coleman Five Shillings.
Item I lend to my Daughter Amey Coleman during her natural life, five negroes (viz) Lucy, Rose, Silvey, Milley, and one I know not the name and after her death they and their increase to theheirs of her body and after the death of her mother or Second Marage as much money as will make what Roger is valued to one hundred Pounds --
Item I lend to my Daughter Tahpenes Lipscomb during her natural life, Four negroes (viz) Tib, Linder, Sary and Lucy and after her death they and their increase to the heirs of her body and after the death of her mother or Second Marage one negroe Man named Will.
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucenday Bullock, Ten Pounds Cash one Feather bed and Furniture one Grey Filley called Trolops and three Cows and Calves ---
Item I lend to my Daughter Lucenday Bullock during her Natural life five negroes (viz) Beck, Betty, Jeney, Mattey and Pegey and after her Death to the heirs of her body if any They and their increase and if she should die without such Heirs they and their increase to be sold and the money arising from there from to be equally divided among all my Children then living and if they are dead to their heirs ---
Item and after my loving wife Mary Bullocks Death my Negro Man Terey to choose which of my four Sons (viz) Richard Bullock, James Bullock, William Bullock or John Bullock, for a Master, and he to pay the other three three fourths of his value. Share and Share alike and all my other Personal Estate lent her not bequeathed to be sold and the money arising therefrom to be divided among all my Children after Taking out as much as will pay my Daughter Amey Coleman ---
I do hereby Nominate and approve my loving Wife Mary Bullock Executrex and my three Sons Richard Bullock, James Bullock, and John Bullock Executor of this my last Will and Testament, Revoking and De--anulling and making void all other wills by me heartofore made pronouncing this to be my last Will and Testament, in Testimony where of I have hear unto set my hand and affirmed my Seal the tenth day of September one thousand Seven Hundred and ninety nine.
