- H Baggott- Some of my ancestors, without moving, went from being Virginians to North Carolinians once they redraw the lines. Also, writing biographies is a favorite pastime.
- Donnie Blackstone - ancestors 100 miles radius of Piedmont, Greenville County, SC , Brushy Creek, Pickens, and Anderson, SC (Piedmont). Parker family in Sullivan, Laurens, and Newberry, Greenwood, SC
- Brenda Breland Shaffer - Almost all of my ancestors arrived in Virginia, and then are documented in the Carolina's and Georgia during the Colonial period. will be working on sources on profiles to validate them and familial relationships.

- Laura DeSpain - Interest in those migrating into Eastern South Carolina during this time period.
- John Dreher Many of my ancestors migrated from Pennsylvania and Virginia to York, Chester and Union South Carolina. They settled on the Catawba River ,Fishing Creek and Sealy Creek.
- Jason Lee Edwards All of my ancestors were in the colonies before 1776, and I have done extensive research on most branches. I am particularly interested in the families from western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina who populated North Georgia following the Cherokee Removal.

- Noah Funderburg- About Noah- My Funderburg ancestors immigrated from Germany to Philadelphia in 1738. They later moved to North Carolina, then South Carolina. Their descendants then continued moving west. Many cousins remained in SC, and my paternal 4GGF, Anthony Funderburg lived, died in Edgefield County, SC in the latter years of his life. My Avery and Stanley ancestors appear in North Carolina before moving to Alabama. My Waite ancestors started in Virginia before moving through the Carolinas.

- Michelle (Hartman) Detwiler- Currently I have been working on USBH Plantations projects, creating plantations, and adding lists of enslaved who live there. Some of the plantation owners I have researched have very poor profiles. I have learned to create good profiles, clean up the not so good ones, and add real sources to them. This area of research seems to cross over into Southern Colonies bio improvement and sourcing and why I signed on to help here.

- James Little - about James
- Chad Olivent South Carolina ancestors arriving in 1679, some New Englanders who settled in the 1690s; Welsh Tract group from Pennsylvania, and Ulster immigrants in the 1760's along the Pee Dee River.
- RL McAdoo Researching Families McAdoo/McAdow, Stewart, Larkin, Glass, Evans, and others located around Buffalo and Alamance (Guilford NC) and Sinking Springs (Abingdon VA) Presbyterian Churches. All established pre-1776. Usually embarked from from Ulster or Scotland and landing at ports of Baltimore, Philadelphia, or Charleston.
- Robby Nesbitt - interested in Provinces of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Colony of Virginia as that is where there are the most connections.
- Dola (Nowell) Acree. Ancestors that I have in South Carolina are Mansell/Manscill, Mobley, Wagoner, Day, and Sanders.

Pendleton - My main interest is original settlers of what is now North Carolina, especially Craven, Duplin and McDowell Counties, and South Carolina, particularly the Ninety-Six District and Greenville areas. My main surnames are Brice, Walker, Anderson, West, Burchfield, Hunter, Murphy, Dobson and Smith.
- Kathy Postelle Rixon - Descendant of French Huguenots who arrived in Charleston around 1680, as well as Jacobite Scots in NC and others who arrived in Virginia. Paternal names: Postell, Derreberry, Hamilton, Montgomery, West, Nichols, Lunsford, Stover. Maternal names: Wall, Carter, Bumgardner, Barnes, Shropshire, Joyce, Hill, Hoyle, Bly.
- Lynden (Raber) Rodriguez - My 1st Great Grandmother, Susie Peace Stone, was born in Greenville, South Carolina just after the Civil War. I have many ancestors from South and North Carolina, and I am slowly, but surely, working my way through them all. My son is a current resident of Charleston, by way of the U.S. Air Force, and is married to a South Carolina woman, and my grandson was born in Charleston. That's why I chose to be on the South Carolina Team
- Tralawney Reeder- Member of Province of Carolina, Colony of Virginia, Province of North Carolina, Province of South Carolina, and Province of Georgia Teams. I am interested is finding more information about the Rhodes and related families from Christ Church, Middlesex, Virginia.

- Betty Skelton Norman - will work on what is needed. Many of my ancestors settled in South Carolina upstate -- what was once District Ninety Six. What is most remarkable about them is not the fame they achieved, but that their progeny endured, still in the Carolina Piedmont, even through the antebellum period. Their surnames are Skelton, Banister, Moore, Todd, Hembree, Brock, Holcombe, Braswell. - Melissa Reed ancestors have been scattered throughout the southern colonies since 1600s. Most ended up settling in South Carolina and Georgia
- Max Snead, Jr.: The surnames of my known maternal South Carolina ancestors and the number of generations between the first ancestor by that name and me are: Anderson (7), Bird (8), Boston (6), Caldwell (3), Chin (8), Church (7), Egleston or Eggleston (4), Ferrell (2), Forester (6), Greenlee (6), Harris (5), Heriot (5), Lee (4), Parks (5), Paterson (6), Tannoch (7), Templeton (4), Tucker (6), Tucker (8), Turner (4), Twisdale or Twisdell (4), Walker (3), Woodruff (1). The 8th generation people are my 6X great grandparents who became parents generally in the thirty years beginning around 1700 (for a few, it was earlier and for a few more, it was later). I am 79 years old and live in Denver, Colorado. I have studied South Carolina history but still have a lot to learn. I look forward to helping others with their family searches, certain that I will learn in the process, too.
- Ken Spratlin - Currently compiling and properly sourcing all records for Spratlin(g) surname in Virginia pre-1800. Many removed to SC and GA, and then west.
- Mary Stanley Magnuson - limited South Carolina connections - but have at least 4 Jamestown Ancestors and all of Virginia, North Carolina and some in Maryland.
- Becky Thames-Simmons - Ancestors throughout the Southern colonies, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA. Presently concentrating on SC ancestor profiles.

- Anonymous (Turner) Foster- Many of my ancestors lived in North and South Carolina prior to the Revolutionary War, and some lived in Virginia, including my earliest known ancestor in America, Robert Easley, who settled in Henrico Co VA through William Byrd and the headright system in 1675.
- Lea (Walker) Sullivan- Ancestors in Virginia Colony , Province of North Carolina (1712-1776), Province of South Carolina (1712- 1776).
