Tables

The first table lists state and territorial governors of the United States who are deceased and who have profiles on WikiTree that are not yet connected to the main tree. The second table lists unconnected governors who are still living.

• The "Branch Size" number is the total number of profiles in the branch that contains that person's profile. (If the branch size is 1, it means that that person has not been linked to any parent, spouse, or child's profile.)
• The "Name" is the full name by which the individual is commonly known.
• The "Last Name" is the individual's commonly used last name, which can be sorted for alphabetizing purposes.
• The "Life Span" cell includes the individual's year of birth and year of death which will assist in determining the era in which they lived.
• The "Order" cell lists that person's order in the succession of the office in that state or district.
• The "Place" column lists the state or territory where that person held office.
• The "Connected" column will be blank until that individual has been connected to the Main Tree. One of the page pruners will delete the connected entries in a few of weeks, after everybody has had a chance to celebrate the new connection.

You can sort the list by any column (Branch Size, Name, Last Name, Life Span, Order, Place, or Working On) by clicking on the sort symbol in the header for that column.

When you connect a branch (or discover one that's already connected), add Connected and then the date. Put three single quotes (') before and after "connected" to put it into bold, like this: "'Connected Feb 2024'".
