Introduction
The goal of this project is to assist others, whose common ancestors resided in the Trebbia Valley (Val Trebbia) in the Liguria region of Italy. Last names include Ardito, Chioso, Lazzari, Magini,
The descendants of these ancestors are numerous with immigration to the United States centered around San Francisco and New York in the early 1900s. With the advent of DNA testing, finding connections is much easier. The last names of many individuals from this region are not particularly common, so building your own family tree connection to them should be easier given the open source, collaborative, shared organization of wikitree. Before adding information regarding living individuals to a wikitree profile or family tree, please review the documentation under Help:Privacy_Policy.
