I have a booklet entitled "Supervision of Chevrolet Aviation Engine Plant No. 1". The plant was a Chevrolet manufacturing operation located in Tonawanda, New York. During WWII, the plant took on production of the Pratt & Whitney R-1830 and R-2800 aircraft engines. My grandfather is listed in this booklet, as well as a lot of others.
