In the 1980s, Robin Bush traced a 1627/8 English Woodberrie-Napper marriage license,^[1]

John Woodberrie of Dorchester, Dorset, husbandman, and Ann Napper of Hardington, spinster, at Hardington on 19 March 1626/7; bondman Walter Sheppard of East Coker, weaver, and John Phelpps of Wells, yeoman.
