1804 Mar 21, Vol M1, Pg 152, Deed, Ralph London, Blacksmith, and Ann, his wife, of Westfield, for 77 pounds, sell to Joel Waters, Yeoman, Mugarville, Sunbury Co., land being on the west side of the Long Reach of the River Saint John and known and distinguished in the Grant of said lands to Coddington and others by Lot No. Eight, containing 200 acres.

1815 Aug 18, Vol M1, Pg 150, Deed, Walter Hume and Phebe Hume, of St John, NB, for 200 pounds, sell to Joel Waters of Long Reach, Kings County, NB, land in"County of Kings on the Long Reach so called being Lott No. Ten in Holland's first survey on the East Side of the said Long Reach bounded: West on the River St John; South on a lot of land belonging to Gilbert Purdy; North on a lot of land belonging to Charles Thial; containing 200 acres.

1816 Mar 13, Vol M1, Pg 355, Deed, Joseph McKeel, Farmer, of Kings Co., for 100 pounds, sells land to Joel Waters, Farmer, of Kings Co., being the south half of my farm on the Long Reach, known and described as the Number Two.

1817 Jun 23, Vol N1, Pg 133, Deed, John Mullin and Catherine Mullin of New York City, USA, for 50 pounds, sell to Joel Waters, of Westfield, Kings Co, NB, land in Kings Co. on the Long Reach, Lot 20 on the west side of the Long Reach bounded: East on the River St John; South on Thomas Flewelling; North on William Giggee; containing 200 acres.

1818 Nov 16, Vol P1, Pg 94, Deed, Thomas and Mary Flewelling, late of Westfield, for 37 pounds 10 shillings, sell to Joel Waters, of Westfield, land on the Northwest side of that part of the River St John called The Long Reach in Westfield, known as the upper or Northeasterly half of Lot 19 containing 100 acres.

1822 Oct 30, Vol R1, Pg 286, Deed, Robert Ward, Yeoman, and Ann, his wife, of Westfield, for 111 pounds, sell to Joel Waters, 87-1/2 acres, being a part of Lot 9 lying on the West side of the Long Reach bounded: by Joel Waters on the Southwest; by Joseph Bunnel on the Northeast.

1834 Jul 29, Vol Y1, Pg 183, Deed, John Kennedy and Mary, his wife, of Westfield, for 90 pounds, sell to Joel Waters, Sen'r, of Westfield, land on the west side of the River St John and bounded: on the Northeast by land owned by Henry Sherman; on the Southwest by land owned by Abraham Day; being two of the lots belonging to the Estate of Thomas Trott, containing 125 acres

1874 May 20, Vol M3, Pg 541, Deed, Nelson H Waters and Ann, his wife, for $1,600, sell to Isaac Waters, land in Westfield bounded: Easterly by the River St John; Northerly by lands owned by John S Lyon and Glebe lands, so called; Westerly by what is known as the Lancaster Grant; Southerly by lands owned by Captain M Murder; containing 100 acres.
