1815 Aug 18, Vol M1, Pg 150, Deed, Walter Hume and Phebe Hume, of St John, NB, for 200 pounds, sell to Joel Waters of Long Reach, Kings County, NB, land in"County of Kings on the Long Reach so called being Lott No. Ten in Holland's first survey on the East Side of the said Long Reach bounded: West on the River St John; South on a lot of land belonging to Gilbert Purdy; North on a lot of land belonging to Charles Thial; containing 200 acres.
