Seen from ship Nauticon.

Susan Veeder who accompanied her husband, Capt. Charles Veeder, on the maiden voyage of the Nauticon kept a journal noting the weather and events while painting scenes of islands and whaleships. The journal is in the Nantucket Historical Association collection.
