Will

In the name of God Amen the thirteenth day of November Anno Dom[ni]i 1736
I John Frampton of the parish of ampney Crucis in the County of Gloucester
Being in perfect health and of a sound and perfect Mind and Memory
Do Make and Declare this My Last Will and testament in manner and form
following
Imprimis I give and bequeath to my grandson John Frampton all my Lands and
tenements holden upon Lease During the term after the Death of ann frampton
my wife and also all my freehold Lands after the Death of ann frampton
my wife as aforesaid and also all and singular My household Goods after the
Death of ann frampton my wife as aforesaid But if ann frampton My wife shall
Contract Marriage or Bemerried to any person then John frampton my grandson
Shall presently have hold posess and Enjoy all and singular My Goods and Chattels
before mentioned and I also Give to My Grandson John frampton all my Moneys of ann
frampton
my wife Shall Contract marriage or be Married to any person but if ann
frampton
my wife Do not Contract Marriage or be not Married all my meneys
afore said shall be Leaft at her own Disposing Lastly I nominate and appoint
ann frampton My wife whole and sole Executrix of this my Last will and
testament and I here by Revoke Disanull and make void all former wills
and bequests by me Made and Declare this only to be My Last will and testament
in witness here of I have here ubto set my hand and seal the Day and Date
above written

and Sole Executrix for a Trew One and so forth
nevertheless under protestation of Adding &c


Probate

This Will was Proved the 9th Day of June in the year
of our Lord 1737 before the Worshipful Sir Henry
Penrice Knight Doctor of Laws Vicar General in Spirituals
of the Right Reverend Father in God Martin by Divine
Permission Lord Bishop of the Diocese of Gloucester and
of his Episcopal Consistory Official Principal Lawfully
Constituted by Ann Frampton relict and Sole Executrix
and so forth to whom and so forth having first Sworn
well and faithfully to Administer to the said Will and
also to Exhibit an Inventory and render an Account and so forth
