I Elizabeth Biddulph Spinster of the Town of Southampton

do hereby make my last will and testament I give to my sister Susanna Biddulph the
house and premises we ourselves occupy and the yearly rents and profits of any other
property I may possess at the time of my death for her life and then to my nephew
Theophilus Biddulph he paying in one year after he comes into possession twenty
pounds to each of his brothers and sisters and the like sum to each of my late brother
John's children or in case of there death before that time to their children if
then have any or I leave my nephew Symons share to his daughter in like manner
my share of the furniture which belongs here jointly to both of us I give to my said sister
Susanna Biddulph entirely as her own to do what she pleases with the large
Vandike picture after my said sisters death I give to my said nephew Theophilus,
his life and then to go as an Heir loom to the head of the family for ever my diamond
ring all my pearls and my blood stone bracelets earrings broaches I leave on my
death to my nephew Theophilus's wife for her life and then to go with the pearls left by
my mother my books I leave to my sister for her life and then to go to my nephew
Theophilus. my watch I leave to my Goddaughter Jane Biddulph and I appoint
my said nephew Theophilus my whole and sole Executor and residuary legatee
