Will & Probate

I Susanna Biddulph of the Town & County of
Southampton Spinster do hereby make this my last Will & Testament as follows I give devise
and bequeath all my undivided half part or share of and in my Estate in the parish of
Frankton in the County of Warwick and all other my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever
unto my nephew Theophilus Biddulph Esqr his heirs executors adm[instrat]ors and assigns for ever,
as being the eldest son of my brother Sir Theophilus Biddulph Bart subject nevertheless to the
following charges viz to Sir Theophilus Biddulph one hundred pounds Charlotte Biddulph the
Revd John Biddulph each ffive hundred pounds Edward Biddulph the Rev Henry Biddulph
ffrances Anne wife of Sr Wm Parker Rose Augusta Parker William Biddulph ffrancis Biddulph
George Biddulph Emma Susan Biddulph wife of the Revnd Henry Biddulph Theophilus William

Jane Constance Biddulph each fifty pounds The above mentioned legacies to be paid
at the expiration of one year after my death and in the event of any of the said legatees
dying before the legacies become due their portions to fall into the Estate To Sophia Widow of
my late brother John Biddulph Two hundred pounds per annum for her life payable half
yearly viz: on the sixth of April & the eleventh of October the first payment to commence on
the first of the days named which may happen after the expiration of one year from the day of
my death To Jane Biddulph Lucy Biddulph each five hundred pounds payable one year
after the death of their mother the said Sophia Biddulph and in the event of either or both
dying before the said legacies become due their portions in like manner to fall into the estate
To Jane Biddulph wife of my nephew Theophilus Biddulph all my pearls garnets broaches rings &
all other articles of Jewelry also my three Indian shawls & Grebe Tippet I also give devise and
bequeath unto my said nephew TheophilusBiddulph Esqre all the Rest Residue and
Remainder of my personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever and appoint my said nephew
Theophilus Biddulph my sole 'Executor' and Residuary legatee Dated at Southampton this
twenty ninth day of October 1835 _____ Susan Biddulph /SS/ Signed sealed and
delivered in the presence of the said Susan Biddulph at her request and in the presence of each
other of us who have hereunto subscribed our names _____ Jane Wilson Albion Place

Proved at London 11 Septr 1838 before the Worshipful John Danbury Dr of Laws &
