Will

This is the last Will and Testament
of me Samuel Huckvale late of Over Norton in the County of Oxford
but now of Chipping Norton in the same County Yeoman I give devise
and appoint all my freehold messuages or tenements lands closes or inclosed
grounds hereditaments and real estate with their respective rights members
and appurtenances situate and being in Chipping Norton aforesaid at
Choicehill in the hamlet of Over Norton aforesaid and at Bath in the
County of Somerset or elsewhere unto and to the use of my dear wife Hannah
Frances Huckvale
her heirs and assigns for ever I also give and bequeath
all my leasehold messuages or tenements lands and closes or inclosed
grounds with their respective rights members and appurtenances situate
and being at Choicehill aforesaid or elsewhere and all my estate term?
and interest therein unto my said dear wife Hannah Frances Huckvale
her executors administrators and assigns I give and bequeath all my

household goods and furniture plate linen china monies and securities
for money personal estate and effects of every sort and kind unto my
said wife Hannah Frances Huckvale to and for her own use and benefit
subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamen-
tary expences And I appoint my Brother in law William Huckvale of
Over Norton aforesaid Yeoman my Brother James Huckvale of Choicehill
aforesaid Yeoman my son Thomas Huckvale and Henry Field Wilkins
of Chipping Norton aforesaid Gentleman Executors of this my last will
and testament And I give and devise all and every the messuages or
tenements lands and hereditaments whatsoever whereof or wherein
I have or am entitled to any estate of freehold of inheritance by virtue
of any mortgage or mortgages unto and to the use of the said William
Huckvale
James Huckvale Thomas Huckvale and Henry Field Wilkins
their heirs and assigns To the end and intent that they may reconvey
the same upon payment of the principal sums and interest thereby
respectively secured And I give and devise all trust estates which are
now or may be vested in me at the time of my decease unto the said
William Huckvale James Huckvale Thomas Huckvale and Henry
Field Wilkins their heirs executors administrators and assigns subject to
and upon the trusts affecting the same respectively And it is my will
and I do hereby declare that my said Executors or either of them shall
not be liable to answer or make good any loss or losses that shall or
may happen to my estate and effects in any transaction matter or
thing relating to or concerning the execution of this my will unless the
same shall appear to happen by or through their or either of their
wilful neglect or default nor shall any or either of them my said
executors be answerable or accountable for the acts deeds receipts
and disbursements of the others or other of them but each of them
shall be answerable only for his own separate acts deeds receipts and
disbursements And I do hereby direct that my said Executors shall and
may pay and reimburse themselves and each other out of my estate and
effects all reasonable and necessary costs charges and expences what-
soever that they or any or either of them shall or may bear pay be
put unto or sustain in or about the execution of this my will And I
hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made

Probate

Proved at London 23rd September 1842 before the Judge by the oaths
of William Huckvale James Huckvale the Brother Thomas Huckvale
the son and Henry Field Wilkins the Executors to whom Administration
was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
