This is a transcription of the register copy of the will of Alice Cooper Widow of "Hengham" (HIngham), Norfolk. Alice wrote her will on 28 November 1556 and it was proved at the Archdeaconry Court of Norfolk sitting at Wymondham on 29 January 1557 [1557/8] [1]

The image quality was good and the handwriting very legible. On page 2, the handwriting changes to another hand for a few lines and then resumes with the original.
Spelling, punctuation and line breaks are as per the original document.
Crossings through have been included struck out
Paragraph breaks at change of bequest, and bold text are my own for ease of reading.
Where present, the obsolete letter Thorn has been rendered as th, and ff has been rendered as F

this my present testament and Laste wyll in man[n]er and
forme followinge refusing and adnullynge all other
testamentes and willes made by me in tymes paste /
Fyrste I bequeath my sowle to almyghtie god my creator
and to o[u]r blessed Lady saincte Mary and to all the hooly
cumpany of heaven and my bodye to be buyryed in the
