This is the last Will and Testament
of me Ann Wallis of Cubbington in the County of Warwick widow I
direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall
be paid out of my real estate I bequeath my furniture and my clothes
to my dear niece Elizabeth wife of Thomas Russell with whom I am
now living I give devise and bequeath all my real estate subject to the
payment of my debts and All the Residue of my Personal Estate
unto my brother John Manley his heirs executors and administrators
upon trust to sell and convert my said real and personal estate into
money and to convey and transfer the same when sold unto the pur-
chaser or purchasers thereof their his or her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns and with power to give effectual receipts discharging
them him or her from all responsibility as to the application of the
purchase moneys and upon further trust as to the proceeds arising or
from such sale and reversion to pay and divide the same unto
and equally amongst my dear sister Elizabeth Manley my said niece
Elizabeth Russell and my grandson John Russell I revoke all for-
mer will by me made I appoint my said brother John Manley Executor
of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty ____ The Mark of X Ann Wallis ____ Signed by the said
Testator by her making a mark as and for her last will and testa-
ment in the presence of us both present at the same time who in her

Proving Transcript

Proved at London 26th 1851 before the worshipful Thomas
Spinks Porter of Laros and Surrogate by the oath of John Manley the
brother the sole executor to whom admon was granted he having been
first sworn duly to administer.
