I, Anna Knight of the Township of Marlboro in the County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, being of sound mind and memory make and publish my last will and testament as follows It is my Will and I do order all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary L Knight the sum of sixteen hundred dollars when she shall arrive at the age of twenty-one years and and in case she should die under the age of twenty-one years and without lawful issue then I order and my Will is that the remaining daughter shall receive the above mentioned sum of sixteen hundred dollars. I also enjoin upon my Executor hereinafter mentioned to follow in some safe investment the above mentioned sum of money. I give and bequeath unto my husband, Harris S Knight the use of all my household goods and furniture of every description and said empowering him at any time to distribute the same or any part thereof to such of my daughters as he shall think proper to give the same in such proportions as he shall think proper and in case he should die without disposing of the same as a foresaid then I order the same to be divided equally among my daughters share and share alike.

I give and bequeath to my husband Harris S Knight the residue of my estate subject to the payment of all monies for the maintenance of my children until they shall arrive at the age of twenty one years or at the time of their marriage and at the death of my husband to be divided equally among my children or their heirs.

The case my daughters should die before they should arrive to the age of twenty one years, and without lawful issue and after the death of my husband what there is remaining of my estate of whatsoever nature or kind, I give to my brother William Longman if he be dead then to his wife and children share and share alike.

I will and order that the executor of this my last will and testament for and towards the performance of said testament shall with all convenient speed after my decease bargain sell and a lien in fee simple enough of all of my lands for the doing executing and perfect finishing whereof I do by these presents give to my Executor full power and authority to grant, alien, bargain, sell, convey and assess all or enough of said lands to any person or persons and their heirs forever in ??? by all and every such lawful way and means in the law as to my said Executor or to his Counsel ??? in the law shall seem fit or necessary. I constitute and appoint my said husband Harris S Knight sole Executor without security of this my last Will and Testament Annie Knight Signed published and declared by the said Annie Knight to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who were present at the same time and subscribed our names as witnesses in presence of the testator James E Johnson
