In the name of god Amen The xxxj (31) daye
of Maye and in the yeare of our lord god ml CCCC lxxiij (1573)
I Bartholmew Abell of Hyngh[a]m inthe countye
of Norff[olk]husbandman beinge of hole mynde and p[er]fect
remembrance thankes be unto almyghtye god doe
ordayne and make this my last wyll and testamente
in manner and forme followinge Ffyrste I bequethe my
soule to almyghtie god my maker and redemer and
my bodye to be buried in the church yarde of Hingh[a]m
aforesayd
Item I give unto Elyzabeth my wyfe all
my household stuffe
Item I give unto Elyzabeth my wife
thre mylche neate and five swine and all my shepe olde
and younge and all my gese hennes and other fowles what
soever the rest of my goodes not geven now bequethed
I geve them unto Elyzabeth my wyfe whom I make
myne Executrix Redd Sealed and delyvered in front
