This is a transcription of the Last Will and Testament of Benjamin Manley of 13 George's Place, Old Ford Road, Bethnal Green, Middlesex, Gentleman, who died on 5 August 1866.[1][2]

This is the Last Will and Testament
of me Benjamin Manley of No. 13 Georges Place Old Ford Road Bethnal
Green in the County of Middlesex Gentleman I desire to be buried at Woking
in the same grave as my wife and two children and sisters are interred I give
devise and bequeath unto my son Benjamin Manley of No. 7 Cambridge Terrace
Broke Road Dalston All my real and personal estate whatsoever and where-
soever to hold to him his heirs executors and administrators according to the
respective nature and qualities of the said promises absolutely and for ever
and I hereby appoint my said son Sole Executor of this my Will and
revoking all former Wills and other Wills whatsoever by me at any
time heretofore made do declare this to be my last and only Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day
of May one thousand eight hundred and sixty five. - Benjamin
Manley - signed published and declared by the above named Benjamin
Manley, the testator as his last and only Will and Testament in the presence of us
who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other all
being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses. - Joseph Smith - John Lloyd - Clerks to Messrs

Proved at London 30th August 1866 by the Oath of Benjamin Manley
the son the sole Executor to whom Admon was granted.
