26 January 166? I Cordelia Harris widdowe doe hereby revoake all former willes by me before this tyme made And doe hereby make and ordaine This my last will and Testament And nominate my good friend and kinsman Richard Humphry, Esquier the executor thereof desireing him to see mee decently buried And whereas there is due unto me from Sir Lewis Dives Kt the somme of three hundred pounds of principall money And from the Earl of Bristoll and his Lady one other hundred pounds both which I being in some better hopes to receave them formerly am for the present resolved to dipose to and amongst my friends and kinred in case the same be gayned in such manner as herein after mencioned In: primis to Mrs Mary Grigby fifty pounds 50 li 0-0. To Mr Edward Griggby one hundred pounds 100-0-0. To Mrs Frances Driver fifty pounds 50-0-0. To Mrs Anne Harte forty pounds 40-0-0. To Elizabeth Hutt my servant tenne pounds 10-0-0. To my sister Long five pounds to her owne hands 5-0-0. To Mrs Hester Northy five pounds to her owne hands 5-0-0. To Mrs Joane N…e five pounds 5-0-0. To Mr John Griggby tenne pounds to buy him a ring. 10-0-0. To Mr John Horidge tenne pounds to buy him a peece of plate 10-0-0. To Ms Anne Nutt Twenty pounds to buy her a ring 20-0-0. To Mrs Anne Humfry the wife of my said executor to buy a silver Salte which I will shalbee lefte and remaine to the heire of her husbands Familie twenty pounds 20-0-0. And I doe remitt and forgive unto my Cousin Thomas Aldridge all whatosever he owes me And doe give him all the goods and furniture of the chamber wherein I lay whilst I lodged att his house And if the said money due from Sir Lewis and the Lord of Bristoll shall fall short to pay the said Legacies I will that proporcionable abatements be made of every the said legacies witnes my hand and seale this day and yeare above said.
