Will of Dunes Pery

Know all by these Presents that I Dunes Pery of London
Widdow doe make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
ffirst I doe give to my sonn Richard Pery tenn pounds And to his children
Mary and Micaiah Pery ffive pounds apeece And to the other foure of his
children fforty shillings apeece And to my son Peter Pery and daughter
Susannah Pery I doe give all the Rest and residue of my Personall Estate And
I make and ordaine my sayd two children Peter Pery and Susannah Pery
Executors of this my Last Will and TestamentSigned my hand and seale
the seventh day of December in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six
hundred ffity and three The mark of Dunes Pery Signed Published and
Declared by the Testratix to be her last Will and Testament withe the presence of
Edward Peathey Joane Smith

This Will was proved at Westminster The ffive and twentieth day of
ffebruary in the year of our Lord God according to the c..... of the
Church of England one thousand six hundred fifty and three Before the
Judges for Probate of Wills and granting Administrations lawfully authorised
By the oath of Peter Pery one of the executors named in this Will of the said
deceased to whom was granted administration of all and singular the
goods chattles and debts of the sayd deceased he being ffirst sworne well
and truely to administer the same Reserving power to Susannah Pery the
other executor to make the like probate when she shall come on legall
manner desire the same
