Elizabeth Barnston as and for her Last Will and
Testament in the Presence of ~ Step. Looke ~ John Williams

Proved 4 Dec 1799, after testimony by Mary Barnston (spinster of Chester, executrix named) that the will had been found among her mother's effects, that the alteration appeared to be in her mother's hand, and that the will hadn't been tampered with after she found it as far as she could tell.

On 20 Nov 1809, probate was granted to Letitia Barnston spinster, her sister Mary having died without finishing administering her mother's probate.

Notes:
Elizabeth Truestis: Her surname is a little hard to make out. Elizabeth Barnston's first married surname was Forrester, and she's named as Elizabeth Forrester in her uncle Roger's will, written on 28 Sep 1778. The closest known surname (if the reading Truestis is correct) appears to be Trusits.
