This is a transcription of the register copy of the nuncupative will of Elizabeth Streete, widow of the parish of St Andrew, Worcester, Worcestershire, England. It was proved at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 18 January 1650/1. [1] Administration was granted to William Collins, the uncle and guardian of Elizabeth's minor son Thomas.

Memorandum That Mrs Elizabeth Streete late of the parishe of
St Andrewe in the Cittie of Worcester widdowe deceased, being sicke of the sickness whereof
shee died, and a little before her death being then in good and perfect memorie, did by word of mouth
declare her last will to the effect followeing vizt Shee declared, and said that her Sonne and daughter
were equallie deare unto her, and therefore gave and bequeathed all her goods and p[er]sonall
estate whatsoever unto her said sonne and daughter equallie to be devided betweene them
which her estate shee then said was not above sixe hundred poundes over and besides what
her husband left att his decease, and besides some fine linnens worth aboute fiftie poundes, Or shee
willed declared gave and bequeathed to this or the like effect In the presence of us Roland Crosby

[Latin] The Eighteenth day of January AD (in the English Style) 1650 appeared at the court William Collins uncle and Guardian assigned to Thomas Streete the minor son of of the said deceased and principal legatee named in the aforesaid nuncupative will To administer the rightful goods and credits of the same deceased according to the meaning and effect of the said nuncupative will for the use and comodity for the duration of the minor estate. Having sworn to well and faithfully administer the same having sworn on the Holy Saints of God etc
