The first day of January in the yeare of our Lord one thousand
six hundred ninety and five I Elizabeth Westrow of the parish of St
Giles in the County of Midd[lese]x widdow being of sound and perfect memory
and understanding doe make this my last Will and Testament in manner
and forme following First I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty
God who gave it And my body to the Eartyh to be buryed in the Church of St
Margarets in the County of Hertford by my deare husband Thomas
Westrow Esqr without and funerall pomo and with as little charge as
decency will permit but as to the Wordly goods and Estate which
God hath blessed me with all I dispose thereof as here after followeth
First I give and bequeath unto my sonn Thomas Westrowe my pearle
Necklace my Table Diamnond ring and my silver Syllabub pott

and bequeath unto my sonn in law John Wildman as a token of my love to
him who hath been soe constant and affectionate a Friend to me the summe
of Fifty pounds And I doe give unto Sr James Oxenden Barronett and
to my daughter the Lady Oxenden his wife as tokens of my love tenn

Item I give and devise unto my three daughters Mary Westrow Dorothy
Westrowe and Bennett Westrow the Mannor or Court Lodge of Apledoore
in the County of Kent and the Scite thereof and all and every the Marshes
lands tenements hereiditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
Scituate and being in the parish of Apledoore in the said County of Kent
and all and every the Estate right title and Interestt of me the said
Elizabeth Westrow either in Law or equity therein or thereunto or to any
part thereof by vertue of my Lease or Leases to me made thereof by the
Dean and Chapter of Christ Church in Canterbury or of my assignm[ent]
to me made by Richard Deane and John Archer or either of them of
my Lease thereof or terme or terme of yeares therein or by virtue of
any Assifnment heretofore made to the said John Wyldman of any
Lease or Leases thereof or of any Estate righ title or Interest therein
or thereto by vertue of any other Title whatsoever or howsoever

give and devise to my said daughters Mary Dorothy and Bennet Westrowe
the Rectory and Tythes of Appledoore which I hold by Lease of the LOrd
Archbishopp of Canterbury together with my said eEase thereof and
terme of yeares therein And if it shall appeare hereafter that at the time
of my death I had or was intitled to the Fee Simple and INheritance of
the said Mannor and Court Lodge of Appledoore Scite Lodge Rectory
Tythes and p[re]misses or any of them then I doe give and devise the same
and the meane profitts thereof and all the benefit and advantage that
may be made there by unto my said daughters Mary Dorothy and
Bennett Westrowe' their Heirs and Assignes for ever And all the rest
and residue of my Leases ready money plate jewells Linnen houshold goods
and chattells (after my debts and funerall charges thereout paid and satisfyed
other than what herein before given devised or bequeathed I give devise
and bequeath uno my said daughters Mary Dorothy and Bennett Westrowe
their Executors Administartors and Assignes respectively And I doe hereby make
consitute and appoint my said daughters Mary Westrowe Dorothy Westrowe
and Bennett Westrowe Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking and renouncing all former abd other Wills whatsoever
by me heretofore made In witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Westerowe
dow hereby publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
and in Testimony thereof have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day
