This is the last Will and Testament of me Felix Marsh of Epworth in the County of Lincoln Gentleman Whereow I have given unto each of my daughters and their respective husbands several sums of money at different times so that they were equally advanced and whereas I have subsequently advanced or paid several other sums of money to an account or for the use of my daughter Hannah the wife of John Stovin Woodruffe or her said husband Now I do hereby confirm all such advances so made to my said daughter Hannah and her said husband and I also forgive her and him all such sums of money as I have advanced or paid to or on account or for the use of my said daughter or her said husband except the sum of three hundred and eighty pounds lately paid by me to or for the use of Mrs John [?]adwell of Doncaster on account or for the used of the said John Steven Woodruff and which is secured to me by the assignment lately made by him for the benefit of his creditors, and I direct my executors to delivery up or cancel all securities if any whereby the same several sums are secured except the said sum of three hundred and eighty pounds as aforesaid and whereas I have also lately given to my daughters Elizabeth the wife of George Nicholson and Lucy the wife of William Rimington or their said respective husbands the sum of eight hundred and eight pounds fourteen shillings and seven pence Now I do hereby confirm the same and also all other advances heretofore made to them and whereas the said George Nicholson is indebted to me in the sum of seven hundred and twenty eight pounds seventeen shillings and three pence with interest from the twenty third day of August last which is intended to be secured to me by his note of hand or Bond Now I do hereby give and bequeath the said sum of seven hundred and twenty eight pounds seventeen shillings and three pence so due and owing to me from the said George Nicholson as aforesaid and all interest which may be due thereon at the time of my death and also the security on which the same may be invested unto my friends William Read of Epworth aforesaid ^spirit^ Merchant John Ellison of Stone in the County of Lincoln farrier their executors admons or assigns upon trust either to continue the same out on it’s present security or to call in the same and to invest the same upon Government or real securities in England with power to alter the securities as they shall think fit and direct that the said William Read John Ellison and William Winter their executors admons and assigns shall stand possessed of the said sum of seven hundred and twenty eight pounds seventeen shillings and three pence in trust to pay the interest thereof to my said daughter Hannah the wife of John Stovin Woodruff for the separate use for her life so as she may not anticipate the same and after her decease in trust to divide the principal between the children of my said daughter Hannah

their executors admons and assigns as tenants in Common to be vested interested in them at the age of twenty one or death under that age having issue at there deaths or born in due time afterwards and in case either if the same children shall die under the age of twenty one years without leaving issue living at his or her deaths or born in due time afterwards then as to the original and accruing shares of the child so dying in trust to divide the said lastly mentioned sum between the other or others of the same children in like manner as herein before directed of their original shares and if there shall be but one child of my said daughter Hannah who shall attain the age of twenty one years or die under that age leaving issue living at his or her death or born in due time afterwards the. In trust to pay the said sum of seven hundred and twenty eight pounds seventeen shillings and three pence unto such only child his or her executors admons & assigns and I give and bequeath all other my money and securities for money and all my household goods and furniture and other my personal estate and effects not hereinbefore disposed of unto the said William Read John Ellison and William Winter their executors admons and assigns do and shall with all convenient speed after my decease sell dispose of and convert into money so much thereof as shall be in its nature saleable and collect get in and receive the residue thereof and out of the money arising thereby upon trust to pay and discharge all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses and upon further trust to pay and divide all the rest residue and remainder of the said trust monies after answering the purposes last aforesaid unto and equally between my said daughters Elizabeth Nicholson and Lucy Rimington their executors admons and assigns in equal shares and proportions to whom I do hereby give and bequeath the same accordingly and I devise all mortgages and trust estates which may be now vested in me unto the said William Read John Ellison & William Winter their heirs executors admons and assigns subject to and upon the equities and trusts affecting the same and I appoint the said William Read John Ellison & William Winter joint Executors in trust of this my Will provided always and I do hereby declare that none of the said trustees and trustee for the time being of this my Will shall be answerable for the other of them or for the acts deeds or defaults of the other if them nor for involuntary lapses nor for money received under receipts in which they shall join only for conformity and that the present and every future trustees shall and May reimburse themselves and each other out of the said trust monies or out of any monies that may come into their hands by virtue of this my Will all costs and expenses to be incurred by them in the execution of the trusts aforesaid or anywise in relation thereunto and I hereby revoke all my former wills and do declare this present writing to be my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to wit my hand to the two preceding sheets and my hand and seal to this third and last sheet the sixteenth day of September in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven Felix Marsh (SS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Felix Marsh the testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto John Girdham Rd Dawson
