THIS IS THE LAST WILL and Testament of me Francis Hayward of the parish of Walcot in the County of Somerset and City of Bath Doctor of Physic

I devise that all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary Expenses may be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give and bequeath to my Son ffrancis Hayward seven hundred pounds three pounds per centum consolidated Bank Annuities standing in my name in the Books of the Bank of England

I give and bequeath to my son William Hayward seven hundred pounds other part of the said annuities

I give and bequeath to my Son Henry Hayward seven hundred pounds other part of the said Annuities

I give and bequeath to my daughter Charlotte Hayward two thousand pounds other part of the said annuities upon the trusts and for the purpose following (that is to say) Upon trust that she my said daughter heirs Executors or Administrators do and shall pay the Interest dividends and Annual proceeds thereof unto my daughter Anne the wife of Cornwall Reynolds of the parish of Saint Johns Hackney in the County of Middlesex Surgeon or to such person or persons as she by writing under her hand shall from time to time but not by way of anticipation appoint to receive the same for an during the term of her natural life for her own sole and seperate not exclusive and independant of her present or any future husband and my will is that the same shall not be subject or liable to his own debts controul or Engagements but that her receipt alone or the receipt or receipts of such person or persons as she shall appoint to receive the same shall from time to time notwithstanding her present or any future coverture be a good and sufficient discharge for so much of the Interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof as shall be therein acknowledged to be received and from and after the decease of the said Anne Reynolds then upon trust to assign and transfer the said two thousand pounds Bank Annuities unto and amonst all and every and such of the children of my said daughter Anne Reynolds as shall be living at the time of her death share and share alike as they shall severally arrive at the age of twenty one years

I give and bequeath to my said daughter Charlotte Hayward the further sum of one thousand seven hundred pounds other part of the said annuities Upon Trust that she my said daughter Charlotte her Executors or Administrators do and shall pay the Interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof unto my daughter Elizabeth wife of Henry Gill of the City of London Stock Broker or to such person or persons as she shall by any writing under her hand from time to time but not by way of anticipation appoint to receive the same for and during the term of her natural life for her own sole and seperate use exclusive and independant of her present or any future husband and my will is that the same shall not be subject or liable to the debts controul or Engagements But that her receipt alone or the receipt or receipts of such person or persons as she shall appoint to receive the same shall from time to time notwithstanding her present or any future coverture be a good and a sufficient discharge for so much of the Interest dividends and annual proceeds thereof as shall be therein acknowledged or ... to be received and from and immediately after the decease of the said Elizabeth Gill then upon trust to assign and transfer the said one thousand seven hundred pounds Bank Annuities unto and between Joachim Hayward Stocqueler and Elizabeth Josephine Stocqueler two of the children of the said Elizabeth Till by her former husband as they shall severally arrive at the age of twenty one years or in the event of either of the said two children dying in the lifetime of their mother then upon trust to pay and assign the same to the Survivor on his or her arrive at such age as aforesaid

I also give and bequeath unto my said daughter Charlotte Hayward the sum of one thousand seven hundred pounds other part of the said Annuities Upon trust that she my said daughter her Executors or Administrators do and shall pay the Interest dividends and Annual proceeds thereof unto my daughter Henrietta Hayes wife of Charles Augustus Hayes or to such person or persons as she by any writing under her hand shall from time to time but not by way of anticipation appoint to receive the same for and during the term of her natural life for her own sole and separate use exclusive and independant of her present and any future husband and my will is that the same shall not be subject or liable to his debts controul or Engagements but that her receipt alone or the receipt or receipts of such person or persons as she shall appoint to receive the same shall from time to time notwithstanding her present or any future coverture be a good and a sufficient discharge for so much of the Interest dividends and Annual proceeds thereof as shall be therein acknowledged or expressed to be received and from and immediately after the decease of the said Henrietta Hayes then upon trust to assign and transfer the sum of nine hundred pounds part of the said one thousand seven hundred pounds Bank Annuities unto and equally between the Joachim Hayward Stocqueler and Elizabeth Josephine Stocqueler as they shall severally arrive at the age of twent one years or in the even of either of them dying in the lifetime of the said Henrietta Hayes then upon trust to assign and transfer the said sum of nine hundred pounds part of the said Annuities to the Survivor on his or their arriving at the age of twenty one years and upon further trust to assign and transfer the sum of eight hundred pounds residue of the said one thousand seven hundred pounds of the said Annuities unto and amonst all and ever and such of the children of my daughter Anne Reynolds as shall be living at the time of the death of the said Henrietta Hayes share and share alike as they shall severally arrive at the age of twenty one years

I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary the wife of the Reverend Joseph Hunter of Ainslies Belvedere in the said parish of Walcot one hundred pounds Sterling

I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property both real and personal monies and monies in the funds Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever and of which I shall be possessed unto my daughter Charlotte Hayward her heirs Executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively and

I constitute and appoint my said daughter Charlotte Hayward sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the first day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven Frans Hayward [seal]

Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator ffrancis Hayward as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in the presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witness thereto the same having been previously read over to the Testator -

Proved at London 17th May 1831 before the Worshipful George Matcham Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Charlotte Hayward Spinster the daughter the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
