This is a transcription of the Last Will and Testament of George Stamp of the thirteenth ward of the city of Buffalo, Erie County, New York, USA,[1] who died on 19 October 1891.[2]

I George Stamp of the nineteenth
ward of the City of Buffalo being
being of the age of seventy eight years and
being of sound mind and mem-
ory do herby make publish
and declare this my last will
and testament hereby revoking
all former wills by me made
in the manner following viz.
I give devise and bequeath to
my brother John Stamp all
my property both personal
and real and direct him
to pay of all of my just debts
and funeral expenses and
the remainder to accept as
his own and I hereby appoint
my said brother my sole
executor of this my last
will and testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand this 31st day of
August 1891 George Stamp

The foregoing instrument was at
the date thereof signed published and declared
by the said George Stamp to be his last
will and testament to us who at his re-
quest and in his presence and in the
in the presence of us the undersigned have
subscribed our names as witness thereto
