This is a transcription of the original filed will of George Wyman, a yeoman of Braughing, Hertfordshire, England. George had his will drawn up on 5 December 1692 and it was proved at the Archdeaconry Court of Middlesex on 30 March 1693 (although incorrectly dated 30 March 1692 on the reverse of the will). [1]

In the name of God Amen I George Wyman of Braughin in the County of Hertford yeoman
being of sound and perfect memory I praise god for the same doe make and ordaine this my
present Testament contayning herein my Last Will in manner & forme following that is to say
first I commend my sole into the hands of Allmighty God my maker and my body to the earth to
be well and desantly buried at the discretion of mine Executors hereafture named Item touching
my money th[a]t restides in the hand of my Brothers Thomas Wyman and Francis Wyman and all
other my personble estate I dispose as followeth that is to say all my money and personable aforesaid
I give it all to my Brother Francis Wyman & Henry Wyman and to theire heires for ever
provided they shall pay unto theire Brother William Wyman his heire executor or assignes the
full sume of Five & twenty pounds of good & Lawfull money within Twelve moneths next afture
my discease and Like wise Five and Twenty pounds more of good and Lawfull money to be paid
by mine Executor theire heires executors assignes unto Thomas Wyman son of Thomas Wyman and to Mary his daughter when
he shall attaine and be of the age of Fifteene yeares allowing him the Intrest of the money
untill that time

It[em] my will mind and meaning is that the said Frances Wyman Henry Wyman
William Wyman and Thomas Wyman J[u]n[io]r shall well and trewly pay or cause to be paid unto Ann
Willyams the wife of Antony Willyams or her assignes the full sume of Tenn shillings a peice
yearly and every yeare during the hole terme of her Natural Life

all other my goods and
personable estate whatsoever unbequeathed I doe give & bequeath them all unto the above named
Francis and Henry Wyman and to theire heires for ever Provided that they shall pay these Legacye
and proving of my Will and my debts which said Francis Wyman and Henry Wyman I make and
ordaine to be the onely Executors of this my Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have
hereunto sett my hand & seale the fifth day of December One Thousand Six hundred
ninty and Two
