Item 3:" To my wife Temperance leave her my home and lot and all that's with it including out house, house and kitchen furniture. Locate on Decatur Street in Atalanta Georgia."

Item4: "I bequest and leave to my beloved wife Temperance; Little Jim son of Benjamin Wilson, deceased at age 0; His wife Bridget 55; Sam Howard 33; Billy Howard 22; Monen Howard 18 and her two daughters Sarah Howard 1 year 9 months, Lucy Howard 3 months and her increases; King Howard 34; Arnold Howard 23; Mary Howard 22 and her two children Wesley Howard 2 yrs, Adolphus Howard 8 months and her increases; Emily Howard 18, her child Maria Howard 1 year 5 months and her increases; George Howard 20; Green Howard 24."

Item6: " In considerations of disobedience of my daughter Sarah Ann, in marrying against my will and advice. She shall not inherit any portion of my estate. I have already her living children Chas. Howard Harris, Columbus Wilson Harris. From the estate $200 for each of the children, amounting to $600, a negro girl worth $600 to be given a deed gift. And any child thereafter."
