Transcription of Will of [[[Price-169|Hannah (Price) Bosley]]
In the Fear of Almighty God, and regard to the uncertainty of time in this world it seemeth Good to me Hannah Bosley of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland to make this for my last Will and Testament relating to things it hath pleased God to bless me with in this World, being at this time in perfect memory and sound Disposing mind. First, I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Tipton five shillings Sterling money, which with several other things already given into his possession shall have no more of my Estate. Secondly I give and bequeath to my son Mordicai Tipton five shillings Sterling money which with several other things already Given into his possession shall have no more of my Estate. Thirdly, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Cole wife of Christopher Cole five shillings Sterling money, which with several other things already Delivered into her possession shall have no more of my Estate. Fourthly I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Joshua Bosley one Negro Man Called Cato, to him and his heirs for ever Likewise I give and bequeath unto my said Grandson Joshua Bosley one Negro Woman Called Cate, one feather bed, and furniture, and two cows to him and his heirs for ever. Fifthly I will that all the remaining part of my Estate be equally Divided amongst my GrandChildren Joshua Bosley, William Bosley, Hannah Bosley, John Bosley, Ellen Bosley, Philip Bosley, Elizabeth Bosley, Rachel Bosley, Danl Bosley, Rebecca Bosley, and Belinda Bosley, which said remaining part of my Estate I give to them and their heirs for ever. Lastly I ordain Constitute & appoint my Grandson Joshua Bosley my sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills and Testaments by me heretofore made, and in Witness hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th Day of July 1776. Sign'd seal'd & Declar'd by the said Hannah Bosley to be her last will and Testament in the presence of us: Philip Coale, William Odle.
On the back of the aforegoing Will was thus written viz+
Baltimore County Jct On the 16th Day of January 1777 Came Philip Cole and Wm Odle the two subscribing Evidence to the within and a foregoing last Will and Testament of Hannah Bosley late of Baltimore County Deceased and severally made Oath on the holy Evangel. of Almighty God that they saw the

Testatrix sign and seal and heard her Publish and Declare the same to be her last Will and Testament that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of their Apprehension of sound and Disposing Mind Memory and Understanding and that they severally subscribed their Names as Witnesses thereto in her Presence and at her request.
