I Henry Trollope
of Bucklebury in the County of Berks do make this my last Will
and testament Item I give to my son John Trollope all that
Bond of two hundred pounds due to me from my Son Thomas
Trollope and witnessed by my old friend Thomas Oliver together
with all Interest thereon at the time of my Death unaccounted
for in my Son Thomas Account currant with me I give to my said
Son John all the furniture and Linnen China and the small
quantity of plate together with what liquors I may leave And I
declare I give my said Son John all the above Bond and Goods
&c to make him equal to what I have given the Rest of my
Children in my life which as a freeman of the City of London
I have given them a full share Item I give all the Rest of my
Estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever To my Son
Thomas Trollope my Son John Trollope my Daughter Mary
Nash Widow of the late Mr Fyn Nash of Combrar in
Portugal and to my Daughter Diana Wright Wife of Mr Thos
Wright of the Strand equally Share and Share alike and I do hereby
nominate and appoint my Son Thomas and Son John Trollope my
Executors of this my last Will and Testament wrote with my own
hand affected with the Gout to much as I cam to write this
thirty first of January One thousand Seven hundred Sixty three
Henry Trollope.//=
If I get Strength in my hands I propose to write this more fair
if not I expect my Children to abide by it and agree as I mean
them all equall as I have done.//-

28th March 1765
Appeared Personally Arthur Trollope of
the Middle Temple London Gentleman and William Shepherd of
the parish of St. Dunstan in the East London Cooper and being
sworn on the Holy Evangelists deposed and sayd that they these
deponents knew and were well acquainted with Henry Trollope
late of Bucklebury in the County of Berks deceased and also with
his manner and Character of Handwriting having often seen

him write and having now seen and perused the paper writing
hereunto annexed purporting to be the last Will and Testament
of the said deceased beginning "I Hebry Trollope of Buckelbury
in the County of Berks do make this my last Will and Testament
and rnding "this thirty first of January One thousand Seven
hubdred Sixty three and subscribed "Henry Trollope". do verily
believe the whole of the said Will the Name Henry Trollope
thereto set and subscribed and the three lines wrote underneath
the said Name to be all of the proper handwriting of the said
Herny Trollope deceased. Ar: Trollope, Wm Shepherd
were sworn to the truth hereof before me, Will: Macham Surrogate
present Thos Collins N.P.//-

This Will was proved at London the Twenty Eighth day
of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
and Sixty four before the Worshipfull George Harris Doctor of
Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipfull George Hay Doctor
of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court
of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of Thomas Trollope
and the Reverend John Trollope Clerk the Sons of the deceased
and Executors named in the said Will To whom Administration
of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said
deceased was granted having been first sworn duly to
Administer
