Jesus Christe my Redeem[er] by whose merritts I
trust assuredlie to be saved and my boddie to be buried

my eldest sonne sll ye rest of my landes Tenements
and heriditaments whatsoever when he shall accom
plishe the full age of xxijtie yeraes uppon ondition
that he shall paie unto William my sonneye some
of one hundreth poundes of lawfull money of England
when the said William shall accomplishe ye full
age of xxijtie

William my sonne and his heires forever

tenements and hereditaments whatsoever untill my
my said sonnes John and Henry shall accomplishe their
severall ages of xxijtie yeares is she shall keepe
her selfe unmarried. And if she shall marrie Then>br/>
I give all my Landes formerlie given to my sonne
John ye rent to be equally devided towards ye bringe
ingw upp of my said sonnes John and Henrie untill my

said sonne John shall accomplishe the age of xxij yeares

his heires uppon condition fourmerly expressed
And ye landes given to my sonne Henrie I give to
